Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Revelation, a facilitation business specialising in team meetings and workshops using the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology.

1.2. By engaging Revelation’s services, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions in full.

2. Services

2.1. Revelation provides professional consultancy for leadership and team from all sectors, using a variety of purposeful and playful methodologies, including LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®.

2.2. Services include:

Leadership and Team reviews and recommendations, team building workshops, speaking and teaching, interviews, coaching and facilitation.

2.3. We aim to provide a high-quality service at all times. If at any time you would like to discuss with us how our services could be improved, or if you are dissatisfied with the service you are receiving, please let us know by contacting Mr Ollie O’Meakin.

3. Booking and Confirmation

3.1. Clients will be sent a ‘Scope of Service’ email, which the client must reply agree to in writing in order to confirm booking.

4. Fees and Payment

4.1. The cost of the services will be outlined in a quote or agreement.

4.2. Additional charges may apply for travel, accommodation, or other necessary expenses, which will be pre-agreed in writing and outlined in the quote and invoice.

4.3. Payments must be made via bank transfer. Revelation does not accept cash payments.

4.4. Payment must be made by the Invoice Due Date. Invoice will be sent at least 30 days prior to this due date.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

5.1. Cancellations by the client must be made in writing.

5.2. Cancellation charges apply as follows:

50% of the total fee if cancelled 21 days prior to the scheduled event.

100% of the total fee if cancelled before 21 days of the event.

Revelation reserves the right to refund in part or in full at its discretion.

5.3. If cancelled by the client, any prepaid expenses by Revlation must be reimbursed.

5.4. If Revelation cancels the booking due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule the event.

5.5. Revelation is not responsible for any financial or expense loss to client due to cancellation.

6. Client Responsibilities

6.1. The client is responsible for providing a suitable venue for any workshops, including ensuring the location is safe, accessible, and appropriate for the agreed activities.

6.2. The client must supply necessary equipment and furnishings as agreed in writing with Revelation, such as tables, chairs, adequate space for participants to engage in LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® activities, and access to reliable power sources and wifi if required for the session.

6.3. Any specific requirements for the venue, equipment, or power will be outlined in written communication before the event.

6.4. If the agreed-upon provisions are not met, Revelation reserves the right to adjust the session format or reschedule, with any additional costs incurred by such changes being the responsibility of the client.

6.5. Revelation will not be liable for disruptions or limitations caused by unsuitable venue conditions, lack of agreed-upon resources, or insufficient power access.

7. Use of LEGO® materials & equipment

7.1. Revelation provides LEGO® materials solely for use duringservice provision.

7.2. Clients and participants must handle the LEGO® materials and equipment with care. All materials and equipment must be returned at the end of the session.

7.3. Revelation reserves the right to charge the client for any damage or loss of LEGO®, materials or equipment caused during the session.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All workshop content, templates, and materials provided by Revelation remain the intellectual property of Revelation.

8.2. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the sessions without prior written consent from Revelation.

9. Photography and Videography

9.1. Photography and videography may be captured during provision for documentation, marketing, or training purposes by Revelation. If clients or participants wish not to be identified or captured, this must be communicated in writing before the event.

9.3. Any photos or videos taken by Revelation during the session remain the intellectual property of Revelation and may be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the event.

9.4. Clients are welcome to take photography or videography for their own use and for their own marketing purposes.

10. Confidentiality

10.1. Revelation is committed to maintaining confidentiality regarding any sensitive information shared during the facilitation sessions.

10.2. The client agrees to ensure that workshop participants respect the confidentiality of others during discussions.

11. Liability

11.1. Revelation is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from its provision unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

11.2. The client assumes responsibility for ensuring the safety of the venue and participants, including any relevant paperwork.

11.3 The client assumes responsibility for ensuring the appropriate music license is obtained from PPL PRS for playing music legally for their event. It is the responsibility of the client to request the music playlist from Revelation prior to delivery.

12. Force Majeure

12.1. Revelation is not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.

12.2. In such cases, Revelation will work with the client to reschedule the session.

14. Amendments

14.1. Revelation reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

14.2. Clients will be notified of any significant changes in writing.
