How does it work?

1) You reach out to us and make contact.

2) We will then arrange to meet up in person or online to discuss your context, your aspirations, your challenges and how Revelation might be able to support you.

3) Revelation will write a proposal to you that you can review, which will include summary of dicussion, objectives, proposal of work, deliverables and cost.

4) You refine and agree the proposal and agree dates of delivery with Revelation. Revelation will then send you a ‘Scope of Work’ email, including Revelation’s terms and conditions that you can formally agree too.

5) Revelation delivers the service to a high standard.

6) You pay the invoice before the ‘invoice due date’.

7) Your team and organisation grows in awesomeness and you feed needy children - ours!

How much does it cost?

Unfortunately, we are unable to list our prices. This is because there are numerous variables, such as length of work, number of staff we would be engaging with, complexity of what Revelation is being asked to do, that cost will vary.

However, after discussing with you and your needs, we are able to give you a cost, which will be agreed together before any work is carried out. Any additional cost during the service will be agreed in writing. No additionally costs will be added unexpectedly.

How far does Revelation travel?

We are willing to travel anywhere! Revelation is happy to travel anywhere nationally or internationally. In fact, we love it!

Do you bring the LEGO® and other stuff needed?

Yep! We bring all the materials and resources needed for the service. Typically speaking, we are usually equipped with LEGO, PA speaker, flipchart, paper, fat pens and post it notes! We typically bring lots of resources so if you are able to provide a nearby car parking space, we would adore you for that!

Commonly, we ask the client to provide the venue, tables, chairs, etcetera. And if needed, to provide a way to display visuals in the form of TVs or projectors.

Can we keep the LEGO®!?

Yes! If agreed with Revelation and you are willing to pay for it. We understand that some people love to keep their models because it is a physical representation and reminder of their incredible conversations. Or simply your organisation would like to bless your staff with some LEGO® as a little momento! Absolutely fine to do so and Revelation can include this in the invoice.

How much time do you need to set up and pack down?

Obviously, variables impact this, depending on venue location, car parking and unloading, size of workshop etcetera but typically speaking, we require one hour prior to the starting time and one hour after the finishing time.

How do I convince others this is a good idea?

Although all our methodologies we use are evidence based in science and research, we understand that some methods, like using LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® or just fostering a playful environment can be barrier to some. However, we can equip you with some advice and tipsinto how to have frutiful conversations if that would benefit you.

For those team members you think might need convincing on the day, don’t worry! We work with a variety of people and we are acustomed to meeting those ‘difficult’ or ‘boring’ individuals! We are very sensitive and gentle to these individuals and are keen to make sure everyone has a great experience and comes on the journey. With our experience, we know how to move people from resisting and disengaged to loving it and can’t get them to stop! It is incredibly rare that someone doesn’t enjoy the process and in our experience, that is down to no one fault and simply due to the personal circumstances surrounding that individual.
