My name is Ollie, and it is my belief that people are capable of immeasurably more than they can ever ask or imagine.

I am passionate about helping individuals & organisations navigate and overcome challenges by leading powerful, playful, and purposeful conversations that drive transformational change.

I have been in senior leadership roles for over 10 years, consulting for 7 years and been working with people for over 17 years. Consequently, I have continued to learn about the realities and demands of operations, and I understand how people think.
